NURSING PART
2002 was an important milestone when the University of Pardubice and the Pardubice Region Hospital amalgamated. The foundation of the Institute of Medical Studies, transformed into the Faculty of Medical Studies (FMS) in 2007, is also associated with the establishment of the Surgical Clinic.
The merger of these institutions, their further development and cooperation were behind the opening of bachelor's and later follow-up master's study fields at the FMS. Owing to that, state-of-the-art procedures in nursing care and pelvic floor surgery are being implemented in practice. New medical and nursing methods, including physiotherapy, are moving the care for our patients to a superior level.
